  We had an emergency situation with a hot water heater replacement and Roto Rooter in Franklin, NC responded immediately. They came out after hours, did an excellent job and did not charge an arm and a leg! Technician explained everything he had to do, was very friendly and courteous. He updated the plumbing as necessary and got everything working very well. The charge was more than fair, unlike some other quotes we received! Roto Rooter Franklin will be our plumbing contractor of choice from now on and we highly recommend them to others!

  We have used these guys a couple of times and couldn’t be happier. The first is when we needed our septic tank cleaned out. I had called around and left messages for other companies and Roto Rooter Franklin was the only place that picked up their phone and sent someone out the next day and the following week for the actual cleaning. Fast forward to this past weekend an outside faucet broke and needed to be fixed. I called another place and was quoted $170 emergency fee, $546 diagnostic fee plus cost of repair for a Sunday visit! I then called Roto Rooter Franklin and they sent Avery out on Monday morning. He was able to fix the problem and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. Thank you Roto Rooter!

  We had a very good experience with roto rooter and I would definitely recommend them if you need a plumber.
