Excellent company to work with-- Dan called me back when no other septic companies in the area would return my calls.  They were able to fit me in quicker than they initially told me and they completed the job in one day-- they even came all the way to Hayesville and I know they didn't have to come all that way.  The crew that came out was very professional and the crew leader Justin was great-- very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and did an outstanding job.  I highly recommend this company to anyone needing septic repair.  Thanks Rapid Rooter!

Good experience here..really quick response for a septic backup in our basement.  After less than an hour the gentlemen who came cleaned up and we had a working system.  Additionally recommendations were made with several options presented for future maintenance work.  Good company and really..for this kind of work..a reasonable rate for the service.  Highly recommend.  They respond..they show up..and they get it done.

The employees are very nice however the owner or manager (not sure which) Dan, is extremely rude! His employees scheduled a day with me to come fix a busted sewer line I had and when that day came I kept waiting and waiting for someone to show up. I finally call their office number and leave a message. Dan calls me back informing me they had no intentions of coming to my house because my husband did not call them.. I told him his employees scheduled this date with me. He then starts to get an attitude with me saying his employees quoted me too low of a price and that he doesn't even know why they did such a thing. Telling he didnt even get paid for yesterday. Which I then tell him they told me they could hold an open invoice until everything was complete. He says well yeah we CAN do that. He goes on to tell me how much work it is and it'll be pricey, like he doesn't even want to do the work. And I am now getting irritated with his attitude and ask him well what am I supposed to do? Just not have water? I have kids. He then asks me how I even plan on paying for it. Insinuating I don't have the funds to pay for it. I would never recommend using them.

Quick response to my call about a blockage.
They called back, came out, and had me all fixed within 3 hours of my initial call.  The young man was very nice, efficient, and answered the questions I had.  I would definately recommend them.  Completely satisfied with their work.

Came out same day and checked all our sewer lines. Fixed the problem fast and efficiently! Will not hesitate to call them if we have a problem again! Very reasonable!

Replaced entire sewer drain from house to city sewer in under 5 hours. On time, good cleanup, upgraded to a better quality drain and slope.
Would definitely recommend.  Excellent price.

Really disappointed in the service of Rapid Rooter. Needed a last minute plumber at our business to help fix a clog. Charged us outrageous rates and wasn't even able to fix the issue. Had to bring in another plumber to fix the issue, which was found quickly and for less than a quarter of the price of Rapid Rooter.

Yes he got our toilet uncluged in about 30 minutes, but charged us an ungodly amount. Should not cost $325.00 just to unclug a toilet. I don't care what tools he had to use. Break it down that was $7.22 a minute. We will not be recommending him to anyone. That is highway robbery.
