  Roto-Rooter responded quickly to my flooded home, fixing the pipe and explaining things as they went. They made me feel very comfortable and confident of their work, and were extremely friendly. They worked fast to stop the problem and then the next crew came in, just as efficiently, to dry out the wet areas and walls/floors. They also worked with me to help file my insurance claim and ensure everything was complete. I am extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend. Thank you!

  They sent someone out to give us a free estimate on a replacement hot water heater. We're very pleased with our estimate and made an appointment to get it replaced as soon as possible .

  Called emergency number. No one ever called me back. Ended up calling the emergency number back and was told no one available... how is that an emergency response? Poor customer service. Ended up getting a more responsive plumber.
