  The visit was able to be scheduled very soon after I called, and the team arrived promptly at the appointed time. They found the leak in the drain system and came up with a creative plan to repair it. I was very impressed with their professionalism. It was fairly major work and they executed the plan perfectly. I’ have great confidence in them and will not hesitate to call again when an issue arises.

  Timely appointment. Felt price was fair. Answered questions with knowledge. Had a pipe split but called on a Saturday morning. Got fast service. Fixed the problem. Took 3 hours to fix it properly. No charge for me. They stand by their work and it's customers. Recommend Roto Rooter
