  Tim showed up on time and with more equipment than what I thought was needed to resolve a major septic/drain issue. Truth is he knew exactly what was needed after describing my problem and resolved the problem fast, taught me how to eliminate future issues and I found his price to be very fair. Tim and his family have been in business for 50 years and now I know why. He is my go-to plumber for all my drain issues. Thanks Tim for making a difference!

  They were within 5 minutes of when they said they would be here to clean my main line. They had the job done within 30 minutes, cleaned up well and everything working great. I’m very grateful for their prompt response and great job. Will definitely be using them again.

  We have had Roto-Rooter come to our apartment twice in the last six months. The first time was to clear a clog in our bathroom sink. They were polite and had the job done in forty five minutes or less. After making sure the problem was resolved they took some time to make sure the area was clean and left. The second time they came was to fix a backing up sink. Apparently the apartment above us was having the same problem. They were scheduled to come two days, one for the apartment above us and then the next day for our apartment. They were some how able to squeeze us in the first day and make it a one day venture, which was awesome. During the fix a pipe broke and we ended up with mucky water all over the floor. They finished fixing the problem, grabbed some towels to pick up all the water off the floor, said sorry and then left. The sink works great now. My only complaint being that they left a mess in our apartment. We spent a few hours cleaning up after them. They cleared the water but left plenty of dirt and sludge on the floor. The sink was working but was also dirty. Over all, after our experience I believe a lot of it comes down to which technician comes to your home. Some are amazing, some not so much. give them a call, and pray one of the good techs is assigned to your job.
