  Shawn was incredible! We had our heater go out late on Sunday, in the middle of winter. He came out in such a timely manner and was so nice about it too! He got it up and running in no time and even took the time to explain to us what was going on, what the problem was and how he was planning on fixing it! Shawn even took the extra time to talk to us (a newly married, young couple) about some great safety advice and some future advice for servicing our heating and cooling units!

  I was extremely pleased with my experience with Gary Ricks Services. Their technician was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He made sure I understood what was going on with my furnace and repeatedly checked to make sure I didn't have any other questions. As a new homeowner his expertise was invaluable in learning about my furnace and future expectations. I have confidence in the service that was provided and feel more empowered to care properly for my furnace and prepare financially for future needs that may arise.
