The Ross Plumbing Company is who you should use for large or small repairs. Best person, Bill is a welcomed site since he was here few years back remembering me. On time, did a fantastic job, friendly, honest service. I had a leaking faucet in the tub handle. So no more dripping. Thank you again absolutely use then again instead of the other in Leesburg.

Cynthia was our technician, she was extremely professional and knowledgeable and explained every thing in detail to us about our problem. She had to snake and use the camera and reinstall pipework while being very respectful of our home and leaving  it just the way she found it. I had an outdoor plumbing emergency and called on several vendors who either didn't answer, couldn't fill the order, or charged too much. I called on Ross Plumbing because of their reviews. They answered promptly and professionally, no outside charge for the visit/estimate, and they  scheduled me within less than a week inform me of their on-call, emergency service. I made an appointment but then overnight, my leaky hose spigot became an emergency, so I called back and they sent "Bill" within hours. I can't say enough about Bill who arrived in a professional and courteous manner and completely fixed my emergency without leaving a single aspect of his expert skill and overall performance less than excellent. He had to chisel through grout/concrete to expose the pipe, cut, weld, and seal a new pipe, and completed the job by matching grout and neatly securing and patching over the area in which he worked.
He was careful, concise, and demonstrated his high level of skill and problem solving. His work was well-paced within his relaxed yet confident manner. When it came time for me to pay the invoice, I was charged the flat rate of $90.00 per hour, for which he appropriately calculated based on the time he worked. Without question, Ross Plumbing offers an outstanding and high quality service, including customer service, which has become nearly extinct these days. Please do not change a single aspect of everything that your business represents, which is exemplary, and sweeps the board with 5 stars!
