I came home Saturday morning to find water in my kitchen and washer room. I checked and could not find the leak. I called Charlie's and about 1/2 hour later I got a call from the owner. I told him what the problem was. With-in 1 hour he was at my door. After a brief inspection he found the problem. The line for the icemaker had a pinhole in it. I never saw it. He got the parts and fixed the problem.  Wonderful service. This is the second  time I have used this company and am very pleased with them.

This is the worst company ever they took $600 from my elderly mom to fix a gas leak and re route it . They worked on her hot water heater several times now claiming they never worked on it. My mom can not stay in her house because the city said it’s not safe spoke to the manager Ken not sure if he gave me a real name he was very rude said they never touch my mom hot water heater when she has receipts every time she is 71 years old she is afraid to touch it because it’s gas. Don’t waste your money with this company. It’s said they take from the elderly that’s on a fix income.

Excellent emergency service. Blake Brannen did a fantastic job. Charlie and Blake saved me big time!! We literally had company on the way. And their pricing was so fair. They could have changed emergency prices but they didn't. I will have more work for them...

We had a small leak we were unable to fix ourselves. Called in the morning expecting I would have a long wait since we just had a 3 day holiday weekend. Before noon Josh was here assessing what needed to be done. He was amazing from start to finish. Christina in the office answered all of our questions. We will call them if services are needed. Thank you for your outstanding & honest customer service!

We have called Charlie’s plumbing several times asking for them to remedy an issue with the hot water heater that we purchased from them and they installed. We paid in full prior to it being completed. Jokes on us because we have left over 7 messages for the owner to call us back and warranty the hot water heater that their plumber said was faulty and he doesn’t even have the common professional courtesy to return our phone call. It’s very frustrating to have something brand new that doesn’t work correctly.  We just want to have it warrantied and replaced or at a minimum looked at to see if it can be fixed! Hopefully they will see this and return our phone call!!!
