Tyler and his crew were amazing! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and affordable. Their quote was well below all the competition, and we ended up getting a lot more done! It can be difficult to find a quality, affordable plumber. Glad we know about Rooter Town now!

I was nervous to use them after reading some of the reviews here. I need to share that they were 100% honest about everything that was wrong with my current pipes. I am somewhat of a cynical person, so I did share the information with a long time family friend who is a plumber, and he validated everything they told me. I wouldn’t say they are the cheapest but they aren’t the most expensive. Knowing that they told me the truth and didn’t try to sell me on work I didn’t need, I will use them again if the need ever arises.

I am so lucky I did not go with Rooter town to fix my plumbing. My husband and I moved into a newly renovated house and the basement partially flooded the second day of living here. We hired Rooter Town to come out and fix the shower that was backing up and flooding. I really liked Justin, the man who came out originally to see what the problem was. That's the only reason they get two stars. He was able to figure out where in our pipes there was a problem, but had to send out his manager (Jordan) that night to come out with a camera to see what the problem was exactly. Jordan told me that it was a broken pipe, and it would be $8000 to fix but that he would help me go through insurance to get them to cover it, so my out of pocket would be about $1700. Unfortunately I would have to pay for all of it up front. I was about to pay the half ($4000) when my husband stopped me so we could talk to insurance and get a second opinion. Jordans mood instantly turned sour when I told him I wanted to wait one more day to talk to insurance. The next day Mile High Drain came out and were absolutely appalled that Rooter Town had taken green spray paint to my bathroom tile and even baseboards. They looked with their own camera and found that it was just construction debris and a piece of pipe and pulled it right out. I almost spent $8000 AND had my basement torn apart by Rooter Town. Mile High Drain even felt so bad for me that they cleaned up all the spray paint and did all of this FOR FREE. They even proceeded to clean out the rest of the drain! I tried to give them money and they refused. They told me they follow up Rooter Town's work frequently and they would give me multiple other plumbers they recommend instead if I choose not to use their company. I would avoid Rooter Town at all costs as clearly they want to have big projects so that they can get insurance involved.
