  UPDATE: They finally sent Jim back to our house and tweaked everything. Jim you are the best. I give 2 stars only because Jim was excellent in his job performance. We called Rooter-Man to repair or replace our water heater. They arrived slightly late, but that was not the problem. Jim arrived and replaced the water heater. He was personable, and knowledgeable. The problem arose when after Jim left, I took a shower and the water at it's hottest was a warm shower. I called on Monday and suggested to the lady who answered that maybe the thermostat was not set to the proper temperature. I was told that it is set at the manufacturer's setting and if we insist on changing the temperature, they will do it, but we will have to sign a waiver that the warranty will voided. At that point, I stated that maybe the water heater is malfunctioning, please send Jim back to check it out. That was on Monday. I had an appointment for Tuesday and late in the day, I get a phone call from dispatch saying they are on the way. They had a completely different town listed on the order and they asked me to recap why I needed Jim to come back. I was told that since it is a call-back I needed a supervisor. We were busy on Wed. and made an appointment for Thursday I am still waiting. So far I've wasted 2 days waiting for them to come back. When we called to check on the status, the woman on the phone told my husband that I insisted on the supervisor and would give me no timeline as to when they will call us back. I will update when and how this gets resolved.

  I called several plumbers in Largo for water heater quotes, Rooter beat them all by hundreds of dollars. They came out the same day I called and put it in. Nice hot shower for me tonight yay
