  Lester, the electrician was very competent. He did excellent work. When I set up the appointment, I indicated that I needed 2 ceiling fans and a kitchen light installed. When electrician showed up, I was charged $124 just to show him the items that were to be installed (10 min max). To install the 2 ceiling fans and kitchen light, I purchased the items, I was charged $870. The electrician was there for 1 hour and 20 minutes. That comes out to $652 an hour/$10.875 per minute. I will never recommend these people to any of my friends!!!

  Thanh Le provided very professional and thorough knowledge of the A/C system and also was able to properly install the UV Germicidal system bulb into the proper location in the plenum. A prior person could not figure out where it should be installed and just left it on floor of furnace. Thanh took the time to take off many panels around the A/C coils to determine exactly where the UV light system could be safely installed and then installed it above the A/C coils. He then made sure all components of the A/C system were properly functioning. I will always request Thanh Le to be the tech. to come to our condo for routine maintenance service as well as urgent service.

  For the past couple years I've used Paradise AC. Well to my dismay they were purchased by performance. When my 95 year old mother's AC shut off she called Paradise. She was charged a TOTAL of $401 for a clogged condensate line!!!!!!!! Her line is only 5 feet long. It was literally a 20 minute job from start to finish. They apparently like to take advantage of the elderly. Now for my own personal experience, I had Paradise install my AC unit about a year ago. It came with a 2 year warranty. When the thermostat went out I called Paradise and got Performance. I was given a window of arrival from 10-2pm. When 2pm rolled around I called and asked where he was. I was told he was still at his first job of the day. No one bothered to call me. He didn't arrive until 4pm! I waited from 10 to 4pm for this guy. I was told I needed a new thermostat and would need to wait until they got one in. I was told it would be $356 just for the labor. I had to explain that Paradise gave me a 2 year parts and labor warranty. They finally looked it up and said they were wrong and installed it at no charge. I'll NEVER use these guys again.
