  The service was prompt and efficient. David was able to unclog our bathroom sink very quickly. The price for the service was less than what we were quoted by other competitors. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. Also, David was professional, respectful and kind. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Thanks a million!

  Our plumber was very kind and professional. It was a pleasure working with him (we almost didn’t even want to write the negative review because we liked him so much). Unfortunately the company he works for is not. Our issue with our drain was not fix and a new leak formed ( from the same pipe) after they worked on our pipe. Tony, the manager, wanted to charge us for the work even though it was not fixed and they caused a new leak. We were more than happy paying for the original work but we wanted the new leak fixed since it came from them. We told him we didn’t think this was fair to be charged hundreds more for them to look at the new leak considering that it started with their work. Tony started talking and within the first minute, I had a question. I admittedly interrupted him because I wanted to ask the question before he moved on. He was very rude and in a condescending way said, “excuse me I am talking. Please don’t interrupt me while I am speaking.” Tony was very unprofessional. He told us that we can’t prove that they caused the new leak. The new leak did not start until they worked on the pipe. He was extremely dismissive, not understanding of our point of view, and not willing to compromise or brainstorm solutions to the problem. He said it was our pipes fault (possibly old) and not theirs. Even if that was the case, the one star is for how Tony handled the situation. He seemed very angry and frustrated the whole conversation. Instead of deescalating a situation, he escalated it. He got extremely upset that we were going back and forth with him, called me crazy, stormed off and then said to never contact them again. We then said we’d still pay our plumber . Tony told him not to take our money because we would then later accuse him of robbing us!! I truly don’t understand how this person is a manager.

  David Moreno provided me with his service. He was professional, friendly, and he took his time to explain everything. He also helped us call the city to see if the situation can be resolved through them, and also waited for them to come. We really appreciate his time and professionalism. This is by far the best plumber I’ve met! He deserves 10 stars! I will be calling him for all my plumbing needs.
