  We reached out to Chandler's to replace our hot water heater and recirculating pump and to see if they could help us to coordinate removing an old, unused water softener and also to replace some damaged sheetrock. They were very polite, quick to get to our home, and technically did a fine job. The manager or owner and the plumbers at our house were all very polite. They took pride in their work, worked with us to do jobs that were probably beyond their usual scope, and overall we were very happy. Many plumbers don't strap the water heaters correctly (the lower strap is supposed to be at least 4" from the controls), but this crew did it perfectly. The one area that could be improved is proactive communication. I did have to keep reaching out to the company to find out what was happening next as there were several steps / visits involved. That said, when I did, the manager or owner responded quickly.

  Was in a serious bind needing three water heaters replaced the same day for some rentals. As a property manager, getting my tenants their hot water back is imperative. I called a few companies, some said they were not available for days others were outrageously priced. Chandlers was fair, able to provide me with a quote over the phone, and available for same day service for all three water heaters. They arrived on time, installed within a few hours, and was able to pay over the phone for the service. The price I was quoted did not change. My tenants were extremely happy with the service. I will be using this company in the future. I would recommend them to any business or residence in need of water heater repair. They are extremely reliable and fair.

  We discovered that our Water Heater stopped working at about 10:00pm on a Sunday night. So Monday morning I found Chandlers and called to see when they could come take a look. The owner asked me a few questions and was able to determine that my old, popcorn popping sounding Water Heater needed replacing. I thought maybe best case they could come out the next day, but no he asked me what time I'd like them to come out on that day. I said how about 4:00? Was that too late? He told me not a problem. We discussed the various options for a new water heater and settled on one. They showed up about 10 minutes early and had the job done in a little over an Hour and a half. When they left, everything was clean and tidy and I had hot water again. Thanks a bunch, and keep up the good work.
