  I called Rooter Hero cause I had seen them in the neighborhood and I had seen great yelp reviews for them. I called and they said they would come and give a free estimate to repair my 3 toilets. They sent out Joseph Assad. He came on time gave us outstanding customer service. Repaired the 3 toilets. One of the toilets had more of a problem so he came the next day to fix it as he promised. When he said he’d come back the next day I didn’t believe it, but he did. I would definitely use Rooter Hero again and I will ask if Joesph can come do the work.

  This company lives up to its name. After hiring them to do a major plumbing job at my company, I was so impressed that I had them come out and do a major re-plumbing and repair at my home. Carlos and Mike are the best—diligent, knowledgeable And trustworthy. We had rotted iron pipes under our house That needed replacing, and the pipes that were good enough to reuse we’re epoxy coated. It was a major undertaking and they did a fantastic job. This company is my go-to now for all my plumbing needs.

  Albert is a truly knowledgeable, professional, and caring plumber with great customer service attitude. He and his team came out to unclog a drain at my house. It ended up being a big sewer repair job with putting in resin liner into existing clay pipes due to extensive root accumulation and pipe dislocation. Albert worked through it step by step and to Hero Rooter's credit they didn't nickle and dime at each stage including a hydro jetting exercise that didn't resolve the issue. He even created a new clean out for me near the origin of the problem. While Rooter Hero's prices aren't the cheapest, their work was thorough. Albert worked patiently over several days to put the issue to bed. I would recommend him to anyone needing an experienced plumber.
