  I was told by Grant at approximately 4:20 pm he was about 20 mins. away from my home. I asked if he would rather come the next day and he said he wanted to take a look "today" so he would know what needed to be done next day. I was still waiting at 6:17 pm, so I texted to ask if h was still coming since I never heard back and it was almost 2 hours later. He texted me his car overheated and would not be coming. I didn't know your phone stops working when your car overheats. He texted he could come between 9 and 10 next morning. I texted back to verify and then immediately tried to call him and he would not respond. I did not want to cancel plans again for a no show. I got a message the next day he had been at my house around 9:45. Not the way to do business! I would not recommend them.

  Never showed up..never responded to my calls to ensure they were still coming...do not use this company. Not reliable at all . Call True Plumbing. They helped us when these losers stood us up.

  I had my home completely peplum. I delt mostly with Grant and Cody. They were very professional and done such a great job alone with a great price!
