  First time calling this plumber Joel he said, very rude hung up on me the first time I called saying if I was trying to save $5.00 he was not interested and hung up, I called back to explain I did not get a price from anyone, he said he did not care, he had plenty of work to do, he did not want my job even though I did not get a chance to tell him the problem, he hung up again. Wonder what would have happen if he did a job and something went wrong, he sure would not listen to you about anything. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK....................

  sorry this is the way you feel. But that's not what I said. Looks like it's better that we don't work together. Hope you find a plumber.
