  Our toilet was clogged, Rogers came out the first day and use the snake and could not get it. The second day they needed to take up our yard and driveway to find our sewer line which they did not find, came back in use the snake and got it on clogged. Why couldn't they work on it more the first day since they were here a very short time. Charged us $1,200 for this said that was half price because they couldn't find our sewer line. It ended up we paid in 600 after going back and forth but I would not recommend this company at all

  Had a clogged sink, the guys came out and couldn't fix it. They did not have what they needed to unclog it. So they came back a couple days later and fixed it. Im pretty certain I was overcharged, and I tried multiple times to get an itemized receipt and never got one. I believe i was charged for them to come out twice but that was not on my end. Not sure how it was $425, and would like to get it cleared up.

  They installed a clean out for our sewer a year ago. Fair price. Good work. However, they did not complete the job. We have called several times to get the work finished and they keep saying they will be back but we haven't seen them yet.
