  James replaced our water heater a year ago. The pilot light stopped staying lit so we contacted him and he said he’d be out the next day. He never showed up. This went on for several days. My husband contacted him to see if he was coming out or if we needed to call someone else. He showed up within a half hour. He looked at the water heater for literally 45 seconds and said the whole thing needed to be replaced again and he’d be out first thing the next day to replace it. He never showed. And we haven’t heard from him since. And that was over a week ago. We ended up calling the warranty we had with the water heater and they sent someone out to fix it. The whole thing did not need replaced again. It just needed a new thermostat and it was fixed within 15 minutes. We waited for James for 4 days with no hot water and got nowhere with him. He used to be a great company to call but not anymore. Not sure what’s going on with him but we will no longer be using his services.

  They are okay if they actually show up. Good luck getting a response. Cheap but not worth the trouble
