Matt was terrific. On time, very professional, but also really nice and personable. My cat 🐈 adored him. That, plus excellent work and great service, I will use Roby and ask for Matt specifically, the next time we need help. I have thought very highly of Roby for years and this was another example of their professionalism with a friendly safe feeling (I hate to say I have felt uncomfortable with some individuals in my home, but never Roby. Plus if the cat approves, I know he is a good guy.) In all seriousness, highly recommended.

The folks at Roby were lightning fast for response. Allen came out and explained multiple options available. He was very articulate and was a good customer advocate. He also was great about following up, you just don't get that type of service anymore.
