  If you're looking for someone to fix your plumbing, these are the people you want. I had a massive backup in my pipes and called Option One on Wednesday morning. I was in desperate need of same day service. Brittany returned my phone call very shortly after I called, she had someone out to me within 2 hours. Aaron came out & discovered the issues with my old pipes, and scheduled me to have all of the plumbing and water lines replaced the very next day. He was professional and informative. The next day he and Ted returned and finished everything in one day! They were truly life savers! Both were polite, professional and courteous. They kept me informed through the entire process and the price was beyond reasonable. Give them a raise! I had a plumber out previously from a different company who was absolutely NO help. These guys are awesome! If I ever have issues with plumbing, I will be calling Option One and will recommend them to anyone I know who needs a plumber. Thank you Aaron & Ted!

  I would highly recommend this company. We hired Option one plumbing to install a whole home water filter. Daniel, our tech was on time and very professional. He went through all the work with us a head of time to make sure everything was accurate. Once completed, Daniel reviewed all the features of the unit and stayed an extra 40 minutes to allow the unit to run to…ensuring that there was no issues. Very professional, prompt and clean. Your in good hands.

  I would highly recommend Option One Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services! I called on a Monday morning for a leaky pipe in my kitchen ceiling and they had someone out the same day. Aaron the technician was a huge help and did whatever he could to help fix the issue quickly and within a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again for any services moving forward.
