  I called him for an estimate over the phone. He told me what he would do and once I asked if he thought that would work he laughed in my face and hung up. I never said if the estimate was all I was going pay. I just wanted to know if it could be something else. He’s clearly not professional and he’s very disrespectful. I’m sure the 5 star reviews are from his family and friends.

  He asked for an over the phone estimate and I gave it to him, then he asked if that would be all to clear the problem up. Yup I laughed, how am I suppose to know that over the phone. The job is the easiest part, its the people that is the hardest, some live in fantasy land. My reviews are cause I am no nonsense to the point for a fair price. Thx

  So I had called 5 local plumbers and this was the only guy that would actually talk to me. Two of the companies were very rude but this guy Rick was very helpful and considerate person. I paid a fair amount and I think I received a good deal for the money. My wife and I thank you for picking up all the mess I do thank you for not cheating us and doing a great job. M.J.

  Rick is an independent local plumber located in Riverside, CA. Rick answered my call directly and gave me a reasonable quote over the phone. Rick responded to my residence quickly and the repairs were completed for the agreed price.
