  Ken from 1st Place Leak Detection repaired a slab leak that had flooded not only my master bathroom, but the bathroom of my neighbor in the adjoining condo. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He showed up when he said he would and communicated directly with the insurance adjuster. I could not be happier with his work and his prices are fair and reasonable for someone with his obvious skill and expertise. I wouldn't hesitate to use him for any plumbing projects,; he is clearly one of the best in his field!

  Ken responded out to my house for a slab leak and was incredibly courteous to me and my family and was very knowledgeable of his trade. Diagnosed the problem on a Monday and said he’d be back Tuesday at 9am to repair the pipe. 9am Tuesday morning Ken was at my house ready to go. In speaking with Ken throughout this process I felt he was so knowledgeable and I observed his quality of work, I requested quotes for additional work that I wanted outside of the issue he was there for. I would absolutely hire Ken for any plumbing needs.
