  Apparently if you live in Illinois that's the only way you are going to get service. I went on the recommendation of a service tech who said River City Heating could help me. I have a Coleman electric furnace, that uses elements & I believe that a element is out. I have been waiting a day & a half for them to come & fix my furnace. However the receptionist just keeps putting me at the end of the list. I hope my pipes don't freeze cause of the receptionist refusal to have a tech come to MY home. I give River City Heating a 1 cause I can't go any lower..

  I worked for the man who first started this business probably a couple years or so after he first began, I do know of the quality of work that he did while I worked for him in which he was very meticulous and a perfectionist. He sold off his business so he could retire and the people he sold the business to runs the business exactly as he did so I will gladly stake my reputation on work that this company does. They may be a little on the expensive side but with these guys you definitely get what you pay for nothing less.
