  He came out said he could install shower and would come back. Day before he was suppose to come back he didn't, but texted me saying he was not coming. The reason was a old lady did not have heat in her house. Still couple weeks later hasn't called or texted to come get job done.

  So sorry about this Heather. The response we got back after telling you folks that we could not make it to your residence when we had scheduled, was that you needed it done immediately. At that point we recommend a few other companies to try and get your project done in a timely manner. Also the road to your residence is hard to get to with the icy conditions that we had this winter. Sorry to disappoint you.
