  Our furnace stopped working and I called Rim Country Mechanical. Dominick came out and diagnosed a bad gas valve. They ordered a new valve and Tom came out and installed it. The scheduling was easy, communication was great, both techs arrived on time, were friendly and knew what they were doing. Excellent customer service is hard to find but Rim Country delivered!

  I could not be more happy! Rim Country came out immediately and fixed my furnace in one hour when another major competitor had been trying for over a week. Prices are reasonable. Tai was so nice and explained everything he was doing. Rim Country will be the only HVAC we ever use on the mountain from now on.

  Had no heat from our gas furnace! Temps getting down into the 20's at night. Very thankful they were able to come out same day, even after hours. Dominick was polite, professional, took photos of the equipment issues, explained everything, did a quick and inexpensive repair, did a full maintenance check and gave us guidance for future repairs we may need in the next couple of years. I highly recommend them! A special thanks to Dominick!
