  Sitting here without hot water for the 3rd time in 4 months. I bought a brand new house just over a year ago with a brand new Rinnai tankless water heater. It has stopped working yet again… our builder calls these guys but they just simply can’t do what their supposed to do. Stay away

  Brand new house, they plumbed it all. Kitchen faucet fails in first year and is warrantied. It is replaced. Fine. Within a year the replacement fails and is not warrantied, call the manufacturer of the faucet, we can't help. Why? No answer. Bad business decision. I would have used them for other plumbing needs in my house since they installed it all, now there's not a chance and I'll certainly try and make sure no one I know uses them.

  Went for an interview for a bookkeeping job. Didn't even get to interview because they just wanted to do an hour of riddles on paper
