The ECM company is awesome they did an amazing job at installing my new AC system.

John L, the person who quoted me on the project, wasn't pushy/aggressive, super responsive, informative and nice. The technicians were very fast and thorough at installing the AC -- making sure I was fully comfortable before leaving.

I’ve known about ECM for many years and called them immediately when my A/C started blowing warm. They sent a technician out the next morning and provided consultation and a very competitive estimate.

Completely removed old AC Unit and installed a new LENNOX ELITE 4 Ton AC Unit. The workers were very professional, kind, and courteous.
They even called to see if we had any questions.
The service department is professional as well.
Our 1,970 sq. ft. home is now wonderfully  cooled and the unit is so quiet.

Terrible company. Dishonest . Horrible customer service. Service call was October 27th, 2021. My wife owns properties and the tenant called about some water leaking in the pan under the water heater. I knew immediately what the problem was (clogged drain pipe) and told her to call ECM as they are a larger AC company and could get there fast. We gave specific instructions to call us when they arrived. They did not. They just came in, came out and told the tenant we needed to buy a new water heater. Tenant specifically said technician did not check anything (not even if the water was getting hot or where leak was from) When I called the company they said it would be $3000 for a water heater . I told them no way a water heater can cost that much and the rep came back saying “oh I made a mistake and pulled the wrong numbers it will actually be $1500” . Convenient. I said I wanted a second tech out there and that I know the first tech did not do a proper diagnosis. At this point I’m talking to customer service and sending messages over and over again to the service manager Barbara who should for sure find a new career path (I have yet to hear one apology from the company or from Barbara) I was told to send another tech out will cost me another hundred dollars if it is indeed the water heater. Well, it was definitely not the water heater . It was in fact the drain pipe. No apology , refund , discount  or anything of the sort was given as we had to go to the site and deal with the whole fiasco. In the end my sweet wife , god bless her ended up signing up for a “membership “ as the new tech (who spent ten minutes with shop vac to clean the drain line) convinced her it would save money. Total amateurs.

Last week I found myself in need of a brand new AC system. Luckily, I found ECM, who quickly sent a salesman to my home for a free consult. The salesperson was forthright and believable, and soon came up with a great solution to which I agreed to.  Two days later the installers show up right on time and completed the installation without a hitch. When they were finished, they thoroughly educated me on how to properly operate and maintain my new AC system. ECM even arranged financing  with excellent terms, that made this purchase so much easier. I am happy to recommend ECM , a most professional, and reliable service company, for all your electrical needs.

My AC was a 1970s model that decided to quit working on one of the hottest days of the year; the helpful guys at ECM were quick and efficient in replying to my request for help. A gentleman came out the next day and provided a no-pressure quote and provided proof via photos of the reasons for the demise of my existing AC. The installation team arrived on time, were friendly and explained what they needed to do; the team also kept us abreast throughout the day of how long things would take and what they needed. The team left after providing a folder of all warranties and explained that they were happy to return at any time should there be any issues in the future.

The technician showed up at the very end of the day.  He said that he blew the AC line but I do not believe he did.  I feel I paid ECM $236 for the technician to vacuum up the water that had leaked from my AC unit.  The unit was leaking more water after the technician left than before he came.  Since he came at the very end of the day when I called back after he left I received the after hours answering service.  They promised the office would call the next morning.  They never did.  I used another company which showed up in an hour instead of 8 hours and charged me half the price.  I signed up for the other company's maintenance plan since they were trustworthy and showed up in a timely manner.

ECM is a wonderful company to work with. They are very informative and take the time to explain everything to you. They offer a wonderful service contract with many different options so that you can customize it to your specific needs. They installed our new air conditioner in one day. They were on time, friendly and courteous. They cleaned up after they were done. They followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was OK. We would highly recommend them to anyone. We have had them for years and do not plan on changing to any other service.

ECM is a first-class company.  From the salesperson to the installers, everyone was extremely professional.  The installers work was the best I've ever seen.  I would recommend ECM to anyone who expects great service.
