  Called on a Sat. A/C went out, Rick called back shortly and we set a time for early in the week....Mon PM he called and came right over, 5 minutes later the problem was diagnosed and he ran for a part. Back in 20 minutes or so and 10 minutes later I was back in the A/C. Rick was polite and knows what he is doing,,,,however the invoice was salty...$110.00 per hour and he charged for 1.5 hours plus 15 bucks for the part.
