  I noticed some water damage just outside of my shower and knew I had a problem. I called Richy Rooter and he responded within an hour! He evaluated the situation, did a comprehensive leak test with dye and identified the issue. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain to me what he was doing throughout the entire process. It seems that I have a leak in my grout near the tile that went completely unnoticed until he pointed it out. I really appreciate the fact that he took the time to explain to me what was going on. Additionally, he was extremely polite and very clean. It is not ever day someone actually cleans up their mess from working a problem. I am extremely happy that I have found a plumber that I can trust. He has very reasonable prices as well. If I am in need of a plumber, he will be my first call.

  After realizing I was in over my head with a toilet install on Sunday, I called Richy first thing Monday morning. Call was answered promptly, and even though he had two appointments that morning, was still able to come out... Earlier then he expected, as well. Richy had to install a new toilet flange and fill in with quickset concrete, also installed the new toilet. He even threw in a new shut off valve.. Super professional, attentive, clean and super affordable! Highly recommended, and will most definitely call back for any additional plumbing jobs! Thank you!

  Richy did a great job fixing our shower! My husband initially started replacing our shower head and knob to turn on and off the water but of course like with all plumbing issues it’s never that simple something always breaks or is needed! It was a job my husband couldn’t do so we started calling around richy was the best price and he did the job in a timely manner all in all I strongly recommend his services when your looking for a good plumber!
