  Richard Kirby is honest and helpful. If it's something he thinks you can handle without his help, he will advise you how to do it over the phone. If he needs to do the repair in person, he utilizes his knowledge to solve the problem in the most efficient and less expensive way. We've always been impressed by his knowledge, honesty, and willingness to help solve our problem.

  Very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen. It seems like it only took 5 minutes to let me know what was wrong with my washing machine and he fixed it and got it back to working. Very reasonable bill and I highly recommend him for any appliance repair job.
