  Restoration 1 of Spokane did a mold remediation project prior to my company doing the rebuild. Great response time, very detail oriented job. They made it very easy to come in and do the rebuild side. The demo and remediation were well done. Can't be said of every company. A detailed demo job is a contractor's dream. I would not hesitate to call them on my next mold remediation project. Scott was hands-on and very accessible.

  Restoration 1 is a diamond in the rough when it comes to mold remediation in Spokane Valley. They are extremely timely, professional, and clean. I work for a mold testing company with the privilege of having Restoration 1 of Spokane as one of our customers. We love working with them; out of all the restoration companies I have dealt with, restoration 1 is the only one that will make things right with their customers EVERY TIME. I can't tell you how many botched remediation jobs I have seen from various companies because they do not have a thorough plan, correct licenses, correctly trained employees, or the correct equipment. Restoration 1 has ALL OF THAT, and they do their due diligence on jobs to verify everything is done thoroughly and completely. They are the only remediation company I would use personally; it seems that they are the only ones focused on the quality of jobs rather than quantity. I can't recommend them enough

  My house had water damage due to a leak in the attic. We got a company (via insurance company) to dry the wall and floor etc. Once they were done, they did not mention a single word about remediation, repair damage, etc. So, I called around and tried to find restoration companies. Restoration 1 of Spokane is the best one I found in the area. Their response is very quick. The manager is very knowledgeable, he found other water damage, which was missed by other people…. He really tried to help me to clean the mess. This company is trustworthy and professional, which you do not see many in the area. So, I highly recommend Restoration 1 of Spokane. Anyway, give them a shot if you need help. Once you meet and talk with these guys, you will find out why they deserve every star.
