I had Luis Trent and his apprentice Nick at my home for approximately 5 days. Each day they showed up on time and were very professional in carrying out their work which included installation of a new water heater and tearing out and replacing 70 year old galvanized piping and replacing with new Pex piping. I could not be happier with the work they accomplished at my home. In addition, the I could not be pleased more with the cost of the project. It was very reasonable.

He arrived on time, very pleasant manner, explained each step required & was very patient with all my questions. The work was professional, cleaned up after the work & made sure I knew I could contact Raptor Rooter with any concerns. I would definitely use them if need arises in future & will refer any of my friends & neighbors to Raptor Rooter!
