  Our initial contact with Reedy Plumbing was in 12/2015 when Reedy Plumbing responded to our need for an emergency reroute of our main water line. At that time, we had heard of Reedy Plumbing’s Annual Maintenance/Service Contract (AM/SC) & asked about it. Brian Paskert/Lead Technician on the main water line reroute had noted our house had just finished being remodeled (kitchen, bar area, master bath, & guest bath) & advised while we could get the AM/SC that given the recent house upgrade it would not be advantageous at this time. In May disaster struck when our water pressure on our house water line & sprinkler/outside faucet water line dropped significantly. After excellent assistance from the Hillsborough Water Utility the cause was determined to be our problem & we decided contacted Reedy to fix the water pressure issue and activate the AM/SC. On 5/19/21, Clint Paskert conduct an in-depth inspection of our home & activated the AM/SC. Clint along with 2-apprentices Jason & Andrew on 6/7, came & verified Tom Jackson of the Hillsborough County input & corrected the problem. Clint identified a major code-violation in the plumbing under the kitchen sink & provided a detailed estimate of work & cost to fix, which if we wanted to sell our home, it had to be fixed. During this visit the organization, work ethic, & team communication observed was outstanding. As well all work areas were protected & then left clean. We accepted the estimate for the code-violation work & on 6/22 Clint & Andrew came to fix the code-violation plus other work we requested. Given the cabinets were newly installed in 2015 & were high-end cabinetry Clint worked carefully, kept the damage to a minimum and fixed the problem. Total success was achieved to the point where the sheet rock/paint on the opposite side was not disturbed at all. During the entire process the work was accomplished meticulously, the work area was kept clear of debris by stopping work & removing the debris, reexamine the work area to determine where the pipping was (remember there is no As-built drawing showing how & exactly where the pipping was running); however, that was overcome by Clint’s lifetime experience in this line of work. Clint advised us that while the problem was fixed, he was coming back to make the area under the sink that was chipped away cosmetically correct. Clint & Andrew then completed the 2-additional plumbing requests & as before, left the work areas as clean or cleaner than when they started. It is rather simple, Clint & the 2-apprentices Andrew & Jason are the definition of Professionals! Besides their expertise the friendly approach they take with their clients is equally as noteworthy; they make you feel that this is their property & that it is important to make sure everything looks & works as designed. For as long as we own this property & then when we leave it to our children, we will have the AM/SC with Reedy so that IF there are any plumbing issues in the future, we know they will be addressed quickly, professionally, & with their demonstrated attitude - it was like they were working on their property.

  In my opinion they price gouge.... Too expensive . Will not use again or refer to anyone. Job was done correctly, but left water on floor beside and behind toilet.

  Clint from Reedy Plumbing showed up when promised. Looked at work to be done and explained everything I wanted done and suggested another thing to fix while he was there. I agreed to what he suggested which was a good idea. He gave me an estimate and it was very reasonable. He did the job right then and cleaned up everything. I definitely would recommend Reedy plumbing if you need anything done.
