Quick weekend service, very fair price. Plumber was friendly and informed me of waht he was doing the whole time.

I was woken up at 1am this morning to the sound of my bathroom flooding. I panicked. I called 3 companies. The first didn’t answer their phone, the second couldn’t have anyone out until 10 this morning and the third was Rooterman. The girl on the phone was as sweet as could be. I felt horrible for having to wake her but I had water going everywhere. She sent a tech to me right away l. He was here in less than an hour and had the problem fixed with in the hour. I was expecting to have them have to come back in the morning with parts, but he had what he needed. Rooter man is my forever plumber.

Fast service and fair prices. The gentlemen that showed up were courteous and knowledgeable. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. I am pleased with the whole process and I love my new garbage disposal very much. Thank you Rooter Man!

We called at 6:45 this morning. We had an issue at one of our properties.  I wasn't expecting someone to answer the phone that early. I thought I was going to have to leave a message and they would get back to me when the office opened. The girl  on the phone said they answer their phones 24/7 and also told me a technician could be on the way. He was here by 730. The price was right and the service was excellent.

I called them because My tenant was having a plumbing emergency and they confirmed a time with me. They never showed up and did not have the professionalism to inform me they were not going to make it. If you need a plumber same day do not call this company.

Rooter-Man has been to my home multiple times and I would never call anyone else. They always have everything needed to complete the work. I always recommend their services, and will continue to do so.

I called and made an appointment today between two and four and here it is going on 4 o’clock no technician showed up or called me I called the company and the company told me that somebody was trying to get a hold of me when clearly I was by my phone and nobody called me I figured they didn’t want to do my work for my kitchen sink if you call these people more than likely they will blow you off any waste hours and hours waiting at your home for them to show up if you want them to come to your home to do plumbing work I would recommend calling calling someone else

1st I want to say the person that answer the phone is rude. 2nd technician never called or showed. If there was a way of giving no stars I would. Horrible experience. They need to evaluate on how to better their customer service and be more reliable.

called for estimate person that answers phone. can not help in any way shape of form. then nobody ever calls back . with estimate don't waste your time here.
