WELL DESERVED 5 stars from me. I've used their services twice and have had great experiences. They are prompt, efficient, and reliable. They do a wonderful job explaining how things work and provide you with the best options.

A few years ago, they fixed a low water pressure issue I had. On top of fixing it, Frank (and Joe) provided me with a ton of useful information/recommendations about the pipes, valves, sump pump, etc.

This time, they replaced my 15-yo water heater. They were able to come the next morning with an estimate and replaced the entire thing all in the same morning for a reasonable price. I would recommend their services to anyone!!!!!

Highly recommend Reed and Son Services.  I own a small cafe and really needed a plumber quick.  They were able to accommodate me and send someone that same day.  Their trained plumbers were able to complete the job so fast that I had hardly no down time at all.  They were very neat and clean; we were back up and running as soon as the job was complete. My second time hiring Reed and Son - This time to assess my 19 year old water heater that had apparently reached the end of it's useful life. The office was able to fit me in their schedule the very next afternoon. The technicians arrived, explained my replacement options, gave me three quotes that included labor, parts and equipment, removed my old heater and installed the new one - all within a couple hours. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I have used Reed & Sons for numerous plumbing issues, inside and out. Sherri at reception is always very polite and professional and set me up with a timely appointment. The repair was to find a leak that caused water damage to the living room ceiling. Brandon and Gary showed up on time and were very professional (wore booties over their shoes). They assessed the problem and luckily found the issue and repaired it within a few hours. They were happy to explain the problem to me and show me what they were repairing. I highly recommend Reed & Sons for all your plumbing needs!

We have used Reed and Son Services at least 3 times since buying our house in 2020. They are fantastic!  Servicemen are skilled, professional, and honest. Their prices are very fair too! We will always call them in the future.

Techs were very professional and although a water problem developed during the repair they were able to remedy the problem. For the leaks and valves I had repaired I thought the company was a little pricey as compared to when I had an entire bathroom redone with a different company. They send a tech to evaluated the job and give you a free price on site and do not quote any rates over the phone.

We had a huge clog in a pipe that was backing up our kitchen sink, our utility sink, our washing machine and it was a mess.  I called at 10am and by 1pm; two wonderful technicians had explained the problem and how they’d go about fixing it, how much it would cost, played with my puppy and fixed the problem complete…then told me exactly what they had done. They were fantastic and super friendly.  I hopefully won’t need to use them again soon, but if I have a plumbing issue—I know who I will call.

Called for them to fix a faucet and they found some other leaks.  They fixed all the leaks. They were very professional and everything looks great.  Will be recommending Reed and Son Services.  Keep up the great work.

Vince is a professional who takes the time to explain not just what Reed and Son Services do but also why. He answered all my questions and more. It was clear that Vince and Gary take pride in the quality of their work and are dedicated to providing a high quality solutions that will last.

I have used Reed & Son Services twice now and am very pleased with their service. The first time was to have our well pump replaced proactively. A few months later our septic started backing up into the house. Another Co came out and cleared the line right before Thanksgiving and we thought that was the end of it. It reared it’s ugly head again right before Christmas. The other Co came out and cleared the line again only this time the snake came up with mud on it indicating a break in the line between the house and our septic tank. The other Co was talking about digging everything up between the septic and the house whereas Patrick Reed said they were able to pull a new line through with minimal digging and only a little concrete removal inside. True to his word, he was there at 8am sharp on the day planned with a crew of 5. We were able to use the toilets by noon and they were done by 1pm. They came back 3 days later to reinstall the laundry tub that they had to remove for access to the plumbing. They all worked efficiently and there was no standing around. Reed & Son Services is now my go to Plumbers when it’s anything beyond my skill!
