My family and I could not be happier with the service that we received from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Marty did everything he could to repair and troubleshoot the problem with our water heater before we finally decided to replace our tank. Throughout the process he was consultative and took a significant amount of time explaining all the possible scenarios and options to save us money. When we decided to have the water heater replaced, he did an expert job. He cleaned the area spotless, his welding and copper work is clean and he thoroughly went over the maintenance needed to ensure that our water heater remains in good condition (I bet you didn't think about flushing your tank, did you?). We are first time home owners and this is all a little daunting to us. We were lucky to have Marty see us through and happy we didn't go with the other two companies we spoke to before Benjamin Franklin. I will definitely be referring this company to my friends and family. I don't usually write reviews but this is something that needed to be written. Very satisfied all around.

Marty came out to fix a clog in the drainage from my heat pump to the sump pump. He explained everything he was doing then went about to carry out the task in a thorough and professional manner. Once complete he tested everything to make sure it operated properly. He is very knowledgeable and ensured I understood how to best care for and maintenance the system. Benjamin Franklin is very blessed to have such a professional as Marty representing their company. It is very clear he cares about his work and the care he provides his customers. I give Marty an A+++ for his work.

The service that was performed was a gas line hookup for a dryer. The Benjamin Franklin Plumbing’s Technician (Marty) gave me an hour’s heads-up for his arrival. He arrived within the time he told me. Before entering my house the technician put on shoe covers. We discussed the specifics of the job and Marty went to work. Marty focused on the task at hand and completed the job in about 30 minutes. A test run was done during which he leak checked the gas fitting connections. After the successful test run Marty cleaned up his work area. Overall I would say it was an excellent interaction. I would certainly use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again and would be very happy to have Marty do the work!
