  Our water heater quit the day before Thanksgiving. I’d called a few plumbing contractors before Ready Rooter & Chapman, all but one didn’t return my call and the one that did said they could schedule an appointment 15 days out. These guys not only answered their phone but took the time to come out and install a new water heater the same day. We live 60 miles east of Eugene. It was well after dark when they finished (I called mid-afternoon). Very professional, friendly and quality workmanship. Thank you

  This is the third time I’ve used Chapman plumbing and I couldn’t be happier. They are responsive, showed up the next day exactly on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and quickly replaced the hot water heater. The plumbers are polite and courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend.

  After a local business no showed for an apppointment and didn't let us know they weren't coming, we called Ready Rooter and they sent someone out the next day, on time, efficient, polite and thorough. Unclogged the greywater system so I can now use my kitchen and shower. Thank you!
