  Reading did an excellent job replacing our waterline - I had a call into other plumbing companies who weren't getting back to me, so my friend recommended Reading. I called and they were out within an hour. They were out a couples days after I signed off on the quote to complete the work. They were quick, polite and we are very happy with their work!

  I called for an estimate. The guy came out and was very nice. He told me he was going to head back to the office and the account Rep would call me with the estimate for the work. They never called. I called them three times to get my estimate and got the run around each time.

  Installed a new Bradford water heater for me on a Saturday. Did an OK job, but they were only there 1 hour 30 minutes and charged me $700 labor. Way higher than the estimate over the phone. Don’t trust the price. Get it in writing first!
