  We used Ray the Plumber for a stopped bathroom drain on 9/08/2021. We have used Ray the Plumber previously to our great satisfaction for other plumbing issues we have encountered in the past. The Service Tech today was Victor. He was courteous and thoroughly explained how he was going to solve our problem and how much it would cost. He solved the clog issue by putting in a more efficient P Trap which needed to be long enough to reach the drain pipe on the wall opposite the sink. In so doing he was able to eliminate the need to have to enlist a team from Zoom Drain to unclog the pipes, at what would have added additional cost to us, which might have had to occur had the new P Trap not solved the problem. The job was priced fairly considering the scope of what was involved. I would highly recommend enlisting the services of Ray the Plumber.

  Called them for a running valve. Technician removed the pull chain and lid, and left it unoperable. Charged us $75 for a house call, told us if we don't have him come replace the whole toilet within 48 hours, we lose our money. 🤔🤬
