  We have now used Order a Plumber twice and both times they did an excellent job. They have knowledgeable technicians who are professional and courteous. They call/text when they are on their way and they get the job done in an efficient manner. We had a very complex pipe repair and they did a terrific job and solved the issue. Then we have a leaky toilet and they quickly solved that issue as well. They are responsive and on time. All in all, we have been very pleased with the service from Order a Plumber.

  What a great team! I was recommended to use these guys by a plumber that couldn't help me. He said, "If I wasn't a plumber these would be the only guys in my house." He was right! They did a complete boiler and water heater. We ran into a couple of issues. They wouldn't let it go and we're right there with me the whole way. No extra fees or charges. They stood by they're work. That alone is worth everything I paid. When I was quoted for the job I received a typed estimate with every part of the job and price laid out clearly, including taxes and fees, with options for doing the job at different price points. When they finished I paid exactly what I was quoted. From start to finish these guys, including the ladies in the office, were great. Professional, transparent and quality work. I have already had them back to fix different things in the house. Nobody else will be coming in my house! Thank you for the great job.

  It is always a chore finding experts to service elements of the home. I am pleased to say that I was extremely satisfied with the ease and professionalism of this company. Debbie got the ball rolling by setting up my appointment with ease. The plumber was timely ,courteous and respectful. He completed changing out the cartridges on a whole house water filtration unit and also cartridge in my refrigerator. I will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs.
