  I have used this company several times and they are ok and actually schedule you in "IF" you purchase something through them. However I went to their location and they do not have a good selection of faucets, so I purchased two online through another company and then put a work order in for rays to install it. I was told they would install in 2 week but no word from them. I called back at 3, 4, and 5 weeks and got told the same thing each time "yes they have the work order". The lady was still unwilling to schedule me a time, still after 5 weeks! She said the plumber would call when they could "fit" me in. Who runs a business like that? The problem is that I'm not plain mennonite and I didn't buy through them so they are going to treat me like my time doesn't matter or installment money doesn't matter. This is problem with mennonite runned businesses in the area, many are incapable or running a fair non discriminatory business. It's disgusting.

  I am sorry that you are not satisfied with our service. We serve lots of Non-Mennonite customers and do not discriminate by denomination. However we are extremely short-handed and our technicians are very busy. We are looking for more plumbers to help us and do what we can for our customers.

  This is a great place!! The plumber was very nice and did a great job. Their rates are very reasonable!! I will definitely continue using them.

  I called 3 different times to request someone to check my heat tape under my house before the cold weather set in. Once in September another time in October and again in November. Each time they said they would have a plumber call me. I never received a phone call. Very poor customer service.
