  I called about doing a repair to a toilet and was told they would call back, which they didn't. Even if you're extremely busy, you should let a potential customer know what's going on.

  I recently had Paul Burkholder's put in a new drain field and update the wiring and plumbing for my house. It was a lot of work and I was very pleased with the quality and price. It was very convenient to have the work done without nagging anyone to do right and in a timely fashion.
