  This service was excellent. I called based on the advice of Plumber who diagnosed my issue over the phone who indicated this would require a specialist. I spoke with a very nice lady and she was quick to get me scheduled (knowing there was a snowstorm coming that evening!!!). She tried to do it for that evening but since they were full she had the service tech scheduled for the next day. He showed up early and went to work immediately. My husband said he was gracious, knowledgeable and quick. He gave some recommendations for future as well. Thank you so much for being so pleasant and professional. Highly recommend this company to everyone!

  Mike did a great job clearing the pipes in our downstairs bathroom. I cannot believe how quickly they replied to our request for service; less than 24 hours. So, service with a smile! I recommend them wholeheartedly!

  Our waiting room bathroom at Team Crowley Dental was out of commission with a toilet that wouldn't flush. We needed help fast. I decided to call Rapid Rooter. Mike got to our office in good time and went right to work. By lunch we had all of our toilets working again! He also gave us great advice so we can hopefully avoid having this happen again. Mike was helpful, happy and cleaned up any mess he had to make to get the job done. I will call Rapid Rooter in a heartbeat if we ever need clogged pipes cleared again!!
