  Totally disrespectful. I held on the phone for 15mins for answer to why the repair man left without letting me know if he had foot coverings or was willing to tie plastic bags over his shoes to help avoid scratches or dirtying my beautiful hardwood floors, Electrician Matt and customer service girl was Totally rude, making it sounds like my fault. Smh, they don't want to work!!. I had used the plumber service before and he was kind and attentive to his job. The other 2 people are pure horrible 😕

  Canceled twice the second time without notice, while I took time off work to wait for them NOT to show up. Receptionist told me to go find another plumber when I asked when they were coming ....obnoxious, and rude. Maybe I will send them a bill for my time

  I have a warranty with American water, so I didn't have an option to choose the contractor. This of course made me feel a little bit apprehensive. But they put my concerns at rest very quickly. They were very communicative, after making an appointment they sent me a text message and an email to confirm it. The day of the appointment I got confirmation, a phone call while a technician was on his way, and they came within the time frame that they had committed to, despite the fact that there was a serious snow storm. They did a good job, for professional, courteous, and left my basement very clean.
