  We used M.R. Neel at the recommendation of our outdoor lighting/irrigation company and were very pleased. On the first visit Matt and a helper installed a disposal in our laundry sink, an Insta hot tank in our kitchen and removed an old bathroom vanity and set up the new one. After the sink and granite top were attached to the new vanity, Matt returned to install the plumbing. Matt is smart, knowledgeable and efficient, and we felt M.R. Neel’s services were fairly priced. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

  Last week our hot water heater broke and Mike and his crew were so great! They came out quickly, found the problem and called around to get the specific parts. Mike even drove farther away to save us some money on the parts! He was transparent with costs, time, and what needed to be done. He fixed it in no time at all and saved us the cost of having to replace the tankless water heater. I will always use them for plumbing needs!
