I love Ranger Plumbing.  They are very professional and prompt.  They always let you know what the status is every step of the way.   Very knowledgeable.   Highly recommend.

Serviced radiator boiler system and replaced leaking valve. Ranger is the best, I use them exclusively after mixed results with an assortment of other companies. Their technicians are prompt, courteous, and must importantly, skilled at what they do.

Ranger customer service gave me an arrival window of 9am -10am. Justin gave me a heads-up that he was on his way. He arrived at 9:30, was professional and very through when explaining how the Ranger service worked. He installed a garbage disposal, leaking shower and replace a wax toilet ring in 2 hours! This would have taken me a week, IF I knew what I was doing...ha!
I left for work, leaving Justin to the repairs. When I got home, everything was working correctly and he left my house neat and tidy.
I highly recommend Ranger Plumbing! I have added them to my short list of competent and professional home repair businesses. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

In this day and age of fly-by-night businesses who don't even answer their phones, it was refreshing to actually have the owner answer.  Friendly, knowledgeable and up front about the potential costs.  We wound up needing a new pump on our boiler system and are happy to have hot water once again.
There was never any question as to if or when they would show up.  Texts are sent out when they leave.  Bill was great while doing the replacements and up front about the cost of the parts.
I know Ranger has been in business for a long time and there's clearly a reason why.  Beyond professional from the first phone call all the way through the email sent out for this review.  They've got it!  We won't ever call anyone else.

We were super pleased with the service Ranger Plumbling provided. They were on time. They answered all of our questions, and did a great job!

They were more interested in replacing the toilet than repairing it and adding as much time and product to the bill that they could.  One of the first things the repairman said when he arrived was "do you want a new toilet?"  My response was no.  The original problem (a shot gasket in the bottom of the tank) was fixed after the repairman made a trip from my home to his shop in Four Corners to get the part.  He then decided the connector "pipe" (between the water source and the toilet) and the flapper needed to be replaced (which had given me no problems).  The first flapper he used leaked and he came back with a box full of flappers which he attempted to get to work.  He finally installed one that appeared to work, but it also leaked.  He told me they no longer made a flapper for the unit I had and if it kept leaking I'd have to purchase a new toilet.  That made little to no sense to me, so I contacted Kohler and was told what was needed for the model toilet I have.  Obviously I will not chose to use Ranger Plumbing ever again!

We have gone through Ranger a couple of times and they are very helpful and very responsive especially if you have a leak. A few of their plumbers have helped us but Kelton has come to our house twice now and he is super personable and happy to talk through everything he is doing and provide suggestion.

I called Ranger Plumbing today on May 13 for a non working garbage disposal. I was expecting a week or two wait but they immediately came out. The customer service from the first call was by far the best I have recieved. Respectful, nice and trustworthy. Kevin came out and immediately found the issue. Plus he was super funny! I highly recommend them. Thanks Kevin and Ranger Plumbing!!
