My water heater was failing (on a Sunday) and I reached out to several plumbing companies via email and Harvey's was one of the first to get back to me, and in a timely manner (Monday a.m.). After I gave them the information that they needed to give me a quote they promtly reached out to me and scheduled the replacement that Wednesday between noon and 2pm, they called me around 10 am and said that they were ahead of schedule and that they could come start the project early. Andy did an awesome job and the other Guy that was with him was quite informative about maintaining the new water heater with the not so great water that we have in River Rock. Thanks again Harvey's....

I know they do pretty good work as I've seen it on job sites many times. I called on February 8th and inquired about getting a water softener installed, the gal on the phone took my information, read it back to me and said someone would call me back. Never heard back from them again, so here I am researching other plumbing companies in the area because the first one I tried doesn't seem interested in my business.

The rating is for the actions of a Harvey's Plumbing and Heating driver this morning. I have no experience with their service. Almost got in an accident with one of the Harvey's plumbing trucks this morning, and the driver's reaction was far from professional. I had pulled into the center lane, ahead of a good line of south-bound traffic, to be able to merge into north-bond traffic. I then saw the Harvey's truck, already in the center lane, coming at me, probably about 75'-100' away. At this point, I was more worried about the Harvey's truck, and stopped in the center lane as I was working on looking into the north-bound lane to see if I could merge and let the Harvey's truck go by. The driver of the Harvey's truck came, rather fast, to within one to two feet of my front bumper and started throwing his arms around and looking rather upset that I was in his way. I could not pull out into traffic to get by him because he had pulled up so close to my bumper. I put my car in reverse to get around him, and backed up into the break in the center lane line striping at the cross street I had pulled out from and where he was going (opposite side as where i had pulled out from). He let his truck move with my vehicle and came up again to within about 2-3 feet of my bumper, still looking super angry and really mad. At this point, I was able to get around him and go on my way. It came across as very unprofessional, and upsetting. In hind site, I would have waited to pull out into the center lane, and I'm sure I did not help either of us this morning by pulling out when I did, but his truck was not super easy to see. I am not impressed with his "very angerly animated" response, and how he came so close to my vehicle, not once, but twice. I am not in need of their services at this point, but will have a hard time using or recommending them because of how the driver handled himself this morning.
