  We had our heat pump self destruct on us and needed a new syatem. They came out quickly, were respectful, and even sent out a supervisor for a quality check after the system was installed and running. Furthermore, they submitted the warranty info to the manufacturer for the system so we didn't have to. Outstanding customer service.

  RJ Groner has serviced my home and my mothers home for the past three years, everything from simple faucet leaks to HVAC installation, their maintenance contract is affortable and their work speaks for it self, I trust that I can call during and after hours and my call will be answered in a timely manner. Just this weekend the turn around time was within the hour, I would highly recomment and will continue to trust that they will care for my home and my mothers home in a professional and caring manner. ***** +***** Thank you RJ Groner Team everyone from office manager to technicians deserve to be recognized for a job well done.

  Needed dryer vent cleaned. Contacted a few companies. RJ Groner called the next day (one of the companies didn't respond until a week later!). Technician was on time and really nice. He even showed me all the stuff that came out of the vent - what a wake up call! When I needed check up on my heat pump I thought of them since first experience was so good. Same thing second time. Technician answered all my questions, was professional, polite. Will definitely use again in the future.
