  As with many of these reviews, I called on Friday because our drains were clogged. She took our information and said she would get right back to us. By Saturday, still no call back. We called again on Saturday. Same woman. Will call us back soon. It is now Sunday. Still no call. Cannot review their work, because they simply do not return calls. Terrible customer service.

  Contacted late afternoon with totally clogged sewerline, Arnie keep me informed on the time he would be arriving, late in the evening, I know he was tired, but he still came out, He knows his stuff, came in and got right to work, ran the snake to start the unclogging process and finish off with a high pressure jet finish.  All plumbing working again Within an hour. Arnie even gave great tips on how to keep the System clean...Would definitely use again!

  I am home on Mondays only and made an appointment for a Monday for a pipe camera inspection. Arnie was unable to come after each of the first two appointments due to an emergency job the first time, and due to a storm that blocked the roads the second time. Despite not being his fault, he felt bad about it and did a pipe camera inspection for free! Clearly Arnie is a rare business owner of integrity this day and age.
