  Tried calling to get a quote on a job to tie an AC drain line into a tub drain ay a point inside the house where drywall was already exposed. Woman that answered claimed that the plumber does not do any digging outside. Was trying to explain to her that I was wanting it connected at a point inside the house where lines were exposed and about 10 inches next to each other but she kept saying it was digging outside and then proceeded to hang up on me. Tried calling back a few times but she hung up everytime! Poor customer service!

  Ralph does excellent work. Very professional. Reasonably priced and on time when he says he'll be there. Hard to find this and a plumber but he is your man
